SHIPPING AND CURB SIDE PICK UP POLICY

Shipping is available within the U.S. at an extra cost that varies depending on the weight and size of your order. Shipping charges will be calculated at check out. We are practicing social distancing our store is temporarily closed. Clients are not able to enter and choose fabrics for any reason. For your convenience, we offer free store pick up for orders placed online. We will email you pick up instructions when your order is ready for pick up. Orders are usually ready same or next day for pick up. Clients may request a few swatches, please message us what specific material you would like a sample of in the notes of the order.

RETURN POLICY

 Upon receiving your order you have 15 days to request a refund or exchange. All online order returns require an online order confirmation. Please note that if a cutting request is made on an order, the item is no longer eligible for any returns as the item is cut to the customer request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sale items cannot be refunded. 
 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  info@carlosfabrics.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your exchange/return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

DISCREPANCIES

We strongly urge our customers to order swatches to prevent any discrepancies, including, but not limited to, color accuracy, quality and texture. Please note colors may vary from screen to screen due to differences in monitor resolutions. As a result, we will not be responsible for color differences caused by monitors.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Please contact us for wholesale inquiries. We may be able to offer discounts for whole rolls or large purchases.

PAYMENT METHOD

We use Wix Payments and Square for our online purchases. At our physical store we have a terminal for cards and accept cash.
